Transport is an industry where anything can go wrong. We are reliant on many factors outside of our control at times, such as weather, traffic accidents and of course mechanical breakdowns. And whilst this is common place for us, we understand that our customers don't want to hear excuses, they simply want solutions. Enter Maddison.......... Maddi is our fix it girl, just one of the many hats she wears, and an integral part of our team. For the best part hers is a thankless job (other than the praise we rain down on her). So when someone takes the time to express their gratitude for her effort, it can make all the difference. It's 2nd nature to moan and complain when something goes wrong, but rarely do we react and feel compelled to compliment when good service is given.
