We're only Human and sometimes we don't always get it right, but we do attempt to do everything within our power to make it right.
We can only do this if we know what our weaknesses are.
Most of the time we get it right and whilst many are happy to complain, not many take the time to give a little gratitude for a job well done.
Our complaints and compliments form combines both the positive and negative which allows us to cover a broader spectrum of where our strengths and weaknesses lie, as well as providing our staff and drivers with positive feedback. Every one likes to be appreciated.
