compliments and complaints

Well we're putting ourselves out there, so take a moment to love us or hate us.
Personally we believe in spreading the love.
Seriously though we've implemented a compliments and complaints form, and would ask that if you've got something nice (or bad) to share, that you please take a moment to let us know. 
We can only improve if we know the problems and we only know we're getting it right when you tell us.
